  • Posture: Practising yoga improves your posture. A good posture makes you feel better and more confident.

  • Physical Activity: Yoga involves various poses and sequences that engage different muscle groups, helping you burn calories and improve metabolism

  • Improve Digestion: Certain yoga poses, such as twists and forward bends, can stimulate and massage the digestive organs, improving digestion and reducing bloating.

  • Better Sleep Quality: Poor sleep is linked to weight gain and obesity. Yoga's relaxation and meditation techniques can promote better sleep quality, helping to regulate hunger hormones and improve overall weight management

  • Srengthens Mind-Body Connection: One of the principles of yoga is to connect the mind and the body thryugh the breath. By fostering this awareness, you develop a deeper understanding of how your emotions and stress levels can impact your eating habits.

  • Balances Hormones: Yoga has been found to positively impact hormone levels, including those related to weight management. Her Yoga style is a unique blend of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga that represents her dynamic personality and passion for life, adventure and balance.
