Ive been in your Shoes

I've been there in that place where your body feels exhausted, you are drained of energy and it feels like it's consuming every fibre of your being.

Your mind becomes a mess of racing thoughts and worries.  It feels as though you are drowning in a sea of responsibilities and expectations and you are trying desperately to keep your head above water.

It feels like an endless cycle of pushing yourself beyond your limits, whilst neglecting your own wellbeing.  Telling yourself, soon you will give yourself some time and get on top of it all..

I know it well, that was me, luckily I had yoga in my life and a craving to learn more and it's been my life's work to help people get back their spark, their time and their energy to live a long happy fulfilled life.

That might sound like a lot and you may question, how can a 21-Day Yoga Course help. Honestly, it does, our body and mind are 100 per cent connected and what yoga does so effortlessly is to bring them both together in harmony.

Here are some of the benefits you would receive from committing to this challenge

  • De-stress

Our minds are under constant stress. Our attention is being pulled in all directions now more than ever before. Yoga destresses the body, and the breathing part of yoga destresses the mind. You will also learn how different poses can support various functions in the body—for example, adrenal function.

  • Strenghten

You will work out your entire body every day without straining your joints. Improve your balance, flexibility, and coordination, and you'll have more energy at the end of the day. A consistent yoga practice will bring energy to you, whereas exercise can often take energy away from you.

  • Connection

Yoga teaches you to connect with your body. When we connect with our mind, body and breath, we do not feel anxious or overwhelmed, and our sense of purpose returns. Practising Yoga helps increase your self-esteem. The more you make connecting with yourself a habit, the less you will react to things that are not serving you.

Do you want to:

✓ Reduce stress and feel calmer. ✓ Tone up your whole body. ✓ Lose weight around your middle. ✓ Control your thoughts. ✓ Process your thinking. ✓ Feel calmer.

Learn from an expert with 30 years of yoga experience, teaching and coaching. Be gently guided you through each pose, aligning the body, making it fun, and teaching you the knowledge you need to build a strong body quickly and efficiently.

What People Are Saying About Us

“Thank you so much for this Challenge. It's been great, and I've really enjoyed it. It has helped me focus and, I guess, get my feet on the ground and remember to breathe. It has helped me at work. I have a very stressful job and the breathing and learning to drop into my body has been gold. I highly recommend doing this challenge. ”

“I always wanted to get into yoga, but I never gave myself the time to do it. After working with Amber, I decided to give the 21-day challenge a go. It was brilliant. I did it every day and noticed the benefits in my mind and body. Ambers's instructions are perfect, and I learned a lot. She makes it fun and light, which works perfectly when you have a stressful job. I also love that you have another month to return and do whichever sessions you like again. Highly recommend it. ”

FAQ

Please contact us if you have any questions that we do not address here.

  • What exactly is yoga?

Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, positive thinking, and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body. “Yoga” literally means union. The union of the mind body and breath.

  • Can I practice yoga if I'm not flexible?

Many people believe they must be flexible to start yoga, but this is similar to thinking you must be able to play tennis to enrol in tennis classes. You will discover that practising yoga will increase your flexibility, but it is not something you need to start yoga. Strength, coordination, and a feeling of physical confidence and general well-being will also be something you get from yoga but are not necessary for you to start yoga.

  • Can I practice yoga if I'm not in shape?

Absolutely, yes. For the yoga courses and workshops I conduct, there is no presumptive level of fitness required. Yoga has advantages for everyone, whether they are athletes or couch potatoes. You can improve your general well-being and sense of physical confidence by practicing yoga.

  • What do I need to wear?

Anything you feel comfortable in and can easily move in.

  • After the course do I need to practice everyday?

This is a question I get asked a lot. How many times a week should I do yoga. I would practice 10 minutes a day if you can. If every day is too much, do four times a week. Yoga is a discipline, so it is better to do it daily for a shorter time rather than once a week for a longer time.

  • What distinguishes yoga from stretching or other forms of exercise?

In contrast to stretching or other forms of fitness training, yoga involves more than just working your body physically. By turning our attention inward during the physical practice of yoga, we link the rhythm of our breath to the movement of the body, which helps to focus and quiet the mind. Yoga can strengthen, stretch, and balance your body while soothing your mind, enhancing your posture, and improving your breathing.
