The 21-Day Yoga Course is all about you. Are you ready to carve out some time to de-stress, energize, learn the correct alignment of the body and feel accomplished in practising yoga daily.
I've been there in that place where your body feels exhausted, you are drained of energy and it feels like it's consuming every fibre of your being.
Your mind becomes a mess of racing thoughts and worries. It feels as though you are drowning in a sea of responsibilities and expectations and you are trying desperately to keep your head above water.

I know it well, that was me, luckily I had yoga in my life and a craving to learn more and it's been my life's work to help people get back their spark, their time and their energy to live a long happy fulfilled life.
That might sound like a lot and you may question, how can a 21-Day Yoga Course help. Honestly, it does, our body and mind are 100 per cent connected and what yoga does so effortlessly is to bring them both together in harmony.

Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, positive thinking, and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body. “Yoga” literally means union. The union of the mind body and breath.
Many people believe they must be flexible to start yoga, but this is similar to thinking you must be able to play tennis to enrol in tennis classes. You will discover that practising yoga will increase your flexibility, but it is not something you need to start yoga. Strength, coordination, and a feeling of physical confidence and general well-being will also be something you get from yoga but are not necessary for you to start yoga.
Absolutely, yes. For the yoga courses and workshops I conduct, there is no presumptive level of fitness required. Yoga has advantages for everyone, whether they are athletes or couch potatoes. You can improve your general well-being and sense of physical confidence by practicing yoga.
Anything you feel comfortable in and can easily move in.
This is a question I get asked a lot. How many times a week should I do yoga. I would practice 10 minutes a day if you can. If every day is too much, do four times a week. Yoga is a discipline, so it is better to do it daily for a shorter time rather than once a week for a longer time.
In contrast to stretching or other forms of fitness training, yoga involves more than just working your body physically. By turning our attention inward during the physical practice of yoga, we link the rhythm of our breath to the movement of the body, which helps to focus and quiet the mind. Yoga can strengthen, stretch, and balance your body while soothing your mind, enhancing your posture, and improving your breathing.
